The open questions
Each one becomes an open competition: the question published, the rubric published before anyone writes, answers judged blind, every score and its reasoning recorded on the ledger. The best answer is adopted, and credited to its author in whatever name they choose - their own, a pseudonym, or none at all. The credit is theirs to take or decline; it is never ours to withhold.

How should the founders be sought, tested and selected?
Fairly, without bias, at global reach, and in a way that cannot be gamed by the people who benefit from the answer. We will not write our own selection method - so this is the first thing we ask, and the answer becomes the method that finds the ten.

Who governs the protocol and the models - and how are they held?
Rotating leadership is theatre if the real power, the code and the models and the scoring, sits with permanent hands. This is the deepest unsolved problem here, because it is where power will actually pool.

How do you vote on a public ledger without the wealthiest deciding?
Weight votes by stake and the largest donors govern - the exact capture this movement forbids, written into the code. Nobody in the field has solved identity-resistant, non-wealth-weighted voting. We need it.

How do you fund entry, not just victory, at global scale?
An open contest still re-selects for the literate, connected and fed. The person fighting for their next meal cannot enter the arena at all. Funding entry worldwide is the single biggest integrity risk we carry.

How do you measure that a system is ready to be handed power?
The founders leave when the system has proven it can carry a domain without them. Proven how, measurably, un-gameably? Get this wrong and they either never leave or leave a child alone in the house.

How do you assess a donor's conduct without becoming a moral auditor?
Donations are accepted or declined against conduct criteria. But a movement that appoints itself judge of everyone's behaviour has become something worse than what it refused. Where is that line, and who holds it?

Where do the seven virtues genuinely conflict, and what happens then?
Charity breaks ties, but the hard cases have not been walked. Fortitude against Charity; Justice against Charity. Until real conflicts are worked through, the constitution is untested where it matters most.
Who may enter
No qualification, no institution, no country, no language and no background is required or counts against you. Every inherited advantage we can strip from the judging, we strip - answers are read without knowing whose they are.
Everything we teach is yours now, free, with nothing attached. But nobody under 18 is entered into a competition, assessed, ranked or selected by us for anything. A school that lets any child learn is a gift; the same school quietly scouting children is not, and we will not build the second one.
This movement exists for the generation being locked out of work by machines. The ten who build it are not its beneficiaries - they are stewards who leave - and they are required to span ages, countries and sexes, because a founding group that shares one life bakes its blind spots into everything after it.
What is needed right now
The open questions above, answered by anyone, judged blind. This is the main way in and the one that matters most - the movement is short of solutions, not enthusiasm.
Ten people for a decade, on the stewardship terms: no fame, no fortune, no promise of a harvest in their lifetime. Found by the method question one produces, never by invitation.
